We offer the following health insurance packages for foreigners in the Czech Republic from Axa Assistance.

ATTENTION!!! Prices are directly from the insurance company without any surcharges or overpayments! You pay directly to the insurance company and receive accompanying services in English for free during your entire insurance period (instructions for using the insurance in English, updating client details in the future, obtaining insurance confirmations for the police when extending your residence permit or applying for permanent residency, joining a group where you can get recommendations for doctors or clinics in the Czech Republic for free, etc. - exclusively for clients of our website).

1. Basic Insurance Package - Emergency Assistance.

The Emergency Assistance package is available for foreigners staying in the Czech Republic for up to 90 days or planning their arrival (e.g., when applying for a visa in their home country).

This insurance can be ordered for children aged 3 months, adults up to 70 years and older!

The minimum order period is 1 month, and each order comes with new documents (new card, contract, etc.). The entire order period is paid upfront.

Example prices:

  • 1 month: age 3 months to 2 years - 1,000 Kč, 2 to 69 years - 750 Kč, 70 years and older - 1,000 Kč
  • 3 months: age 3 months to 2 years - 3,000 Kč, 2 to 69 years - 2,100 Kč, 70 years and older - 3,000 Kč
  • 6 months: age 3 months to 2 years - 6,000 Kč, 2 to 69 years - 4,500 Kč, 70 years and older - 6,000 Kč
  • 12 months: age 3 months to 2 years - 12,000 Kč, 2 to 69 years - 8,520 Kč, 70 years and older - 12,000 Kč


2. Special Offer for Students - Emergency Assistance Package with a Discount!

If you are 15 to 26 years old and a student, we offer you a special student health insurance package. The Emergency Assistance package is available for foreigners staying in the Czech Republic for up to 90 days or planning their arrival (e.g., when applying for a visa in their home country).

The minimum order period is 1 month, and each order comes with new documents (new card, contract, etc.). The entire order period is paid upfront.

The cost with a student discount: 1 month - 600 Kč, 3 months - 1,800 Kč, 6 months - 3,600 Kč, 1 year - 7,200 Kč.

3. Comprehensive Health Insurance from AXA - Komplexní péče - Standard Package

Any foreigner staying in the Czech Republic for more than 90 days is required to have health insurance with comprehensive coverage and a coverage amount equivalent to at least 400,000 euros.

The minimum order period for persons aged 18–59 is 1 month. For other age groups, it is 3 months. 

Insurance can be issued for children aged 1 year and adults up to 70 years and older.

Students (aged 15–30) receive a special student discount!

ALL OUR CLIENTS - when ordering the Standard package for 12 months, you get a discount! For orders of 13 or 14 months, you pay the same price as for 12 months!

By ordering the Standard package for 25 or 26 months, you get the same price as for 24 months!  

The maximum order period for persons aged 60 and older is 1 year. For other age groups, the maximum order period is 36 months.

  • Minimum order - cost for 1 month: 18–59 years - 1 780 Kč, for other age groups - minimum order 3 months. 

  • Cost for 3 months: 1–17 years - 5,875 Kč, 18–59 years - 5 030 Kč, 60–69 years - 17,314 Kč, 70 years and older - 38,487 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 3 380 Kč

  • Cost for 6 months: 1–17 years - 11,755 Kč, 18–59 years - 9 960 Kč, 60–69 years - 34,628 Kč, 70 years and older - 76,973 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 6 780 Kč

  • Cost for 9 months: 1–17 years - 17,537 Kč, 18–59 years - 15 130 Kč, 60–69 years - 48,216 Kč, 70 years and older - 108,707 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 10 100 Kč

  • Cost for 12 months: 1–17 years - 23,390 Kč, 18–59 years - 19 030 Kč, 60–69 years - 65,205 Kč, 70 years and older - 144,943 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 13 250 Kč

  • Cost for 13 months: 1–17 years - 23,990 Kč, 18–59 years - 19 030 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 13 250 Kč

  • Cost for 14 months: 1–17 years - 25,835 Kč, 18–59 years - 19 030 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 13 250 Kč

  • Cost for 24 months: 1–17 years - 42,515 Kč, 18–59 years - 36 030 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 26 480 Kč

  • Cost for 25 months: 1–17 years - 43,755 Kč, 18–59 years - 36 030 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 26 480 Kč

  • Cost for 26 months: 1–17 years - 45,505 Kč, 18–59 years - 36 030 Kč, STUDENTS with a discount - 26 480 Kč


4. Comprehensive Health Insurance from Axa Assistance for Pregnancy and Childbirth in the Czech Republic - Komplexní péče - Matka Package

The minimum order period is 12 months.

  • 12 months — 221,430 Kč

  • 13 months — 239,880 Kč.

  • 14 months — 258,330 Kč.

  • 15 months — 276,780 Kč.

  • 2 years — 442,830 Kč.

  • Maximum order period — 36 months (cost: 664,230 Kč).

All these insurance packages meet the requirements of the foreigner police in the Czech Republic. Note that our insurance is valid not only in the Czech Republic but also in all Schengen countries.
